It's one of our most famous and recognisable landmarks and is well worth a visit. Standing tall over the village of Llanberis, Snowdon is a part of a close-knit family of jagged peaks and can offer views of Snowdonia, Anglesey, Pembrokeshire and Ireland. Traveling further afield, be captivated by the vast array of British marine animals on display at Anglesey Sea Zoo. They have over 40 tanks that are home to some very interesting characters! The more you look, the more you’ll see! Crazy camouflage skills, other-worldly anemones and a hypnotic jellyfish display are just some of the spectacles to enjoy.

Next, explore the 70 acres of exotic woodlands with 19 miles of pathways which cut through forests, secret spaces and coastal coves.
In 1913 the Swallow Falls was given to the Betws-y-Coed council by the second Lord Ancaster. This waterfall on the Afon Llugwy has become a familiar natural celebrity over the past 100 years.

Harlech Castle
Edward I’s mighty coastal fortresses has a spectacular setting.
Aproximately 8 miles from the park, it crowns a sheer rocky crag overlooking the dunes far below.
Criccieth Castle
Built by Llywelyn the Great of the Kingdom of Gwynedd, the castle was eventually captured by the English forces of Edward 1st in the 13th century.
