Terms and Conditions of Booking

• A deposit of £100 per caravan per week is required (non refundable)
• Balance due 4 weeks prior to your holiday if paying by cheque or 2 weeks before if paying by card.
• Any last minute direct booking will be required to pay a deposit of £100 when making the booking, and the remainder will be settled on arrival, using your card and pin.
• We do not give refunds under any circumstances for cancellations, therefore we recommend you take out independent holiday cancellation insurance.
• Instant dismissal from the park without refunds for: vandalism, behaviour that is offensive or considered inappropriate by the management, or if the caravan is occupied by more people than originally booked for.
• Instant dismissal from the park, without refund for bringing pets without prior arrangement.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after. They must not be left in the holiday property alone, regardless of the season.
• The holiday home must be left in the same state of cleanliness as found. Failure to do so may result in you no longer being welcome at the park / a fine for damages.
• Additional cleaning charges may be charged to your card for excessive cleaning required or damages.
• On holidays during July & August, please note any members of group over the age of 16 are required to accept and sign the swimming pool rules before use of pool.
• Children below 16 must be supervised while using: the pool, spa, sauna or kids play area.
• Parents are responsible for the supervision at all times of any children under the age of 16.

Please note that the above rules are to protect the majority from the mindless few.
